Thai Restaurant Kori & Fay - Asian Fine Dining

My first impression at Kori & Fay Asian Fine Dining was clean and straight … If you look around you can see orange and brown interior in the whole restaurant. The second impression you get is the noise. The wonderful brawling of water attands you the whole visit. I really love that…. a big wall of water on the left of the mainroom with a small buddha statue full of orchids…. but you can forget all the nice ambient if the meal is bad.

As the title say….at Kori & Fay you get all the wonderful asian fine dining you need. i started with HORS D´OUEVRE „KORI & FAY2“ …. a great choice of seafood… very tasty and fresh. After the Starter i orderd “Grilled Prawns with a special Kori and Fay sauce” … very good.. but it could be a little bit more… just one or two …. Last but not least .. i choose Original American Brownie with chocolate ice, baileys irish cream and fresh orange

The result of this visit… 9 of 10 points! Why nine and not 10? .. ’cause they located in my old favourite cinema and after closing the lovely hollywood cinema i missed it really. Now the restaurant is directly where i see many good movies…. but its definitely a good replacement.

Sorry for absence but here comes a night you have to know about. Maybe you will visit Berlin on 31. Oct. Two fabulous events on one day. First you have to visit the ultimate new Rocky Horror Musical at Admiralspalast. Bad, bizarre and bloody brilliant… the new Rocky Horror Show experience is a stunning party in the demure garden of Eden and a sensual crazy dance around the tree of the forbidden fruit with timeless classics such as “Sweet transvestite”, “Damn it janet” and of course, the “Time Warp”. Together with the creator Richard O’ Brien this musical is ready to enter the new century. Lets do the time warp again.

After having fun at Admiralspalast you should visit the biggest Club in Berlin - the Adagio to bring the horror on the dancefloor. Bob Young installed the Night of the Creatures halloween Party and last year i had so much fun at this event.

Titty Twister Rockbar @ Kulturbrauerei

From Dusk til Dawn - one of the queerest Movies ever was the model of Martin Kesicis Rock’n'Roll Bar Titty Twister. In the motion picture of Quentin Tarantino all the staff in the Bar changed to Vampires after Midnight to have fun with blood of the guests.

So I decided to be a vampire too on this night. It is located at the wonderful Kulturbrauerei in Prenzlauer Berg… and we had the honour to be invited at the Grand Opening. A long straight bar and develish Tattoo-Artwork on the walls are the first things you can see if you enter the nightclub near Berlins most wonderful radio station. Rockstar Models are doin a great show and you will see Tattoo or other exhibitions in the near future.

At the new Titty Twister, dont mix it up with the Biker Bar in Berlin Rudow, you will meet Rock’n'Roll, Rockabilly, HardRock, Rock and Jack. You don’t know Jack? His family name is Daniels and you need it to survive a night at the vampires because vampires dont drink and drive *lol*

La Troya @ SPACE Beach Club IBIZA

Once upon a time… a small shop called Manaca in a small street Calle de la Virgen instituted a party called La Troya. But the maximum capacity did not allow more than 15 persons so they have to go to IBIZAs bigger clubs.. called Privilege and Amnesia. Today there is more of the spirit of the old hippie times and the party lives on IBIZAs nicest club…. the SPACE at the Playa d’en Bossa. For me it was one of the best experiences in IBIZA Nightlife to meet so many wonderful Drag Queens, strange Outfits and the rest of funny party people. Every wednesday you can meet Divinas fabulous party community and many of the glamourous DragQueens of Ibiza and the world. Its a wonderful gay - queer - hetero - strange mixed event with two floors full of massive good electro sound and brought to you by the marvellous Brasilio de Olivera - Ibizas Godfather of Nightlife!

Normally you can meet Baby Marcello at SPACE also known as Divina - one of Ibizas best-known icons on this unique and exclusive island. He is mainly known for his androgynous, trash-baroque and wholly female masquerades, his use of stilts and – of course – his art of astonishing, disconcerting and seducing. La Troya, the authentic party on the island, the Original and the only Troya in Ibiza!

Every second saturday of the month you should visit one of the hottest queer parties ever. Meet the best Drag Queens in a historic and legendary location at the gay district. Schoeneberg, around Nollendorfplatz, first came to fame in 20ties. Still - it is the most known queer district of berlin.

Coffee shops, bars and shops and also the take-away fast-food stores are decorated with rainbow flags. These location is one of the nicest locs ever, restored for 10 million euros and closed after a few weeks because of insolvency - the propaganda party is one the new parties after reopening the club. You get a good mix of electro and pop music on two dancefloors - and one of them is managed by Berlins wonderful dragqueens like Melli Magic, Barbie Breakout or Polla Desaster.. and sometimes ME

Ishin means “wholehearted”. That’s what the restaurant served every day - cheap, fresh and delicious japanese food. You can choose from a big selection of traditional sushi or you can try Cey-Ro. … no sorry you should try Cey-RO… The taste of stewed fish or meat on japanese rice with fine tamago stripes and typical asian vegetables (root of lotus, shiitake mushrooms and more) is unbeatable for me. No another mistake of this report, there is one of their dishes that beats everything in the restaurant. Try the wonderful BENTO-Box with a daily mixed selection of all the fine warm and cold food of Japan for just 9 EUR. Enjoy this Bento box with a nice view from the 4th floor of the Galleria with a cup of tea for free or get this box to take away (much more better than every fast food you can get).

Chicago East Party @ White Trash Fast Food

There is a rose born in … i think CHICAGO … but staying here in Berlin to bring you an interesting and funny party to the white trash fast food club / restaurant. I really love the White Trash. Last time i met Sherry Vine and Gloria Viagra at the wonderful Squeezebox Party and now… Chicago Rose will introduce Drag Artists like Kaey and others. Be sure that Chicago has a show for you in her trashcan and if you want to relax - you can get a good mix of american/mexican food and cheap drinks at the upper floor. If you love to play pinball - the great addams family is waiting for a match. Finest noodles of asia in Berlin @ NU Restaurant

“It doesn’t matter if you are a nuclear physics nobel price winner, nutrition company CEO, news anchorman a nudist camp leader or a drag Queen. As long as you’re here for the finest asian noodle dishes in town…” and my alltime favourite main dish of this wonderful Restaurant - 1 kg Black Tiger Prawns with spicy-lime-ginger- & homemade Aioli-dip, Myxao-noodles, thai-rice & wok vegetables. You have to start with canapé platter with Tuna fish kebab, vegetarian spring roll, marta bak, Fried won ton, shrimp ans sweet potato tempura - its unbelievable. After meal you can relaxing and chilling with good sound and a huge light panel at the bar or… eating the stuff

I stay once or twice a month at this cool styled asian restaurant… and i could say you will get one of the best service in Berlin or you can eat them
