Swiss Cuisine @ La Raclette
When I was a child (a million years ago) I stayed in the french part of switzerland three times – on a wonderful old farm between the mountains covered with snow. Today I remember just two or three things of these holidays. One of them is the wonderful traditional cuisine of Switzerland called “Raclette”. Its a kind of cheese fondue in a very special way. If you like cheese and a mix up between french und swiss cuisine – these little restaurant in Berlin “Kreuzberg” can give you a very special evening. A Tip: you have to choose the Raclette Royal Version and after main course try the homemade “creme brulee”… Tres Magnifique!

My granny used to tell me easy recipes for Raclette since it’s a traditional that has been eaten for centuries. And I still remember the wonderful taste of grilled Raclette meals she used to cook for me on weekends.
